Introduction
BM Training Services will be what’s known as the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you, in context for the training services that we provide, which does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does, however, include name, address, email, phone number.
Why we need your data
We need to know your basic personal data in order to enrol you for our training courses. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need.
What we do with your data
All the personal data processed securely in the UK and will not be transferred out of the EEA (European Economic Area).
Personal data is only shared with the employers who have arranged training on candidate’s behalf.
Other than the above, BM Training Services will not share, sell or trade personal data with any third parties, however, there may be occasions where we are required by law, to share the personal data of our Staff, Customers and Suppliers.
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. More information on this framework is available on request.

What are your rights
If at any point you believe that the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted (if appropriate).
If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact the designated Data Controller to have the matter investigated (See Section 7.0).
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe that we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Officehttps://ico.org.uk/
